From the concrete jungle of NYC to the rugged range of Houston, he has assisted his clientele with managing projects across multiple disciplines and complexities, involving business litigation, intellectual property, special matters and government investigations and class actions to name a few. His ability to resolve complex eDiscovery issues in the midst of pressure has garnered him multiple awards from legal teams.

Doug Austin is an established eDiscovery thought leader with over 30 years of experience providing eDiscovery best practices, legal technology consulting and technical project management services to numerous commercial and government clients. Doug has published a daily blog since 2010 and has written numerous articles and white papers. He has received the JD Supra Readers Choice Award as the Top eDiscovery Author for 2017 and 2018 and a JD Supra Readers Choice Award as a Top Cybersecurity Author for 2019. Doug has presented at numerous events and conferences, including Legaltech New York, ILTACON, Relativity Fest, University of Florida E-Discovery Conference, Masters Conference and many local and regional conferences. Doug has also presented numerous CLE-accredited webcasts.

Jaye Wright

Jaye is a native Texan, having grown up in West Texas prior to moving to Houston. She has more than 30 years of experience in the legal profession, having worked as a litigation paralegal for over 25 years handling complex commercial litigation matters – from intake through discovery and depositions, as well as presentation of evidence during trial.  She is passionate about navigating the stages of the eDiscovery process, beginning at the legal hold and collection stage, review and production of documents to and from adversaries, all the way through presentation of evidence at trial.  She is certified as an eDiscovery Specialist by the Association of Certified eDiscovery Specialists (ACEDS) and serves as Secretary and Membership Director for the Houston Chapter.

Jean Rivers has more than 19 years of accumulated legal, eDiscovery and project management experience and is skilled in the current legal and technological developments associated with information governance for litigation. She is an expert at successfully applying her practical project management skills to complex eDiscovery. As an ACEDS certified professional and the Director of Litigation Support for a private litigation firm she works diligently in order to develop and implement cost effective, efficient and defensible eDiscovery strategies, processes and procedures. She is the Social Media Chair for the Houston Chapter of ACEDS and the Director of the Houston Chapter of Women in eDiscovery and in that role was one of the original innovators and organizers of Houston’s very own legal tech showcase and conference at South Texas College of Law.

Marc Zamsky

Marc Zamsky currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Compliance Discovery Solutions, a division of System One Services. Since 1996, Marc has focused his career on the use of technology to deliver comprehensive discovery solutions to corporate legal departments and their outside counsel. As the COO of Compliance, Marc is part of an executive management team responsible for leveraging Compliance's strong history in the Managed Review arena and enhancing its Discovery Services offering, including its innovative Discovery-as-a-Service platform. Prior to joining the legal solutions industry, Marc practiced law as a commercial litigation attorney in Philadelphia for nearly 5 years. Marc earned his B.A. from Penn State University. He received his J.D. cum laude from Temple Law School, where he served as a member of the Law Review and Moot Court team. Marc is a frequent speaker and author on various industry topics.

Steven Page

Steven Page is currently a litigation paralegal at Michelman & Robinson, ,LLP., one of the nation’s premier boutique litigation firms. Prior to joining his clients at Michelman & Robinson, ,LLP., Steve spent almost twenty years in various roles on the vendor side of the litigation support business. During his time as a vendor, Steve served about a decade managing operations and software development teams, and another decade as a front-line consultant advising legal teams and managing their cases. From 2003 to 2007, Steve managed the defendants’ side of the Enron litigation and criminal cases, including the 6-month trial of Jeffrey Skilling & Kenneth Lay. Steve has a BBA in Business Administration, an AAS in Paralegal Studies, and he holds a CEDS certification as well as numerous software-specific certifications.

Charles Duff, CEDS, is a long-time eDiscovery and investigations enthusiast focusing primarily on understanding, applying, and teaching advanced AI and Machine Learning techniques and workflows at all phases of the EDRM. At Reveal-Brainspace he is responsible for helping clients understand the full power of the many forms of AI and how it can be applied to structured and unstructured data to gain insight quickly and make better, faster, and more informed decisions for their legal and investigations matters. Prior to Reveal, Charles helped create, and design the direction of, two eDiscovery platforms then spent 6 years as Senior Solutions Architect at Brainspace where he helped lead expansion in Legal, Federal, Financial, Life Sciences and Energy Enterprise markets across 5 continents.
