From the concrete jungle of NYC to the rugged range of Houston, he has assisted his clientele with managing projects across multiple disciplines and complexities, involving business litigation, intellectual property, special matters and government investigations and class actions to name a few. Scott Collister

Scott Collister is a seasoned industry professional boasting nearly 25 years of experience in legal technology. His journey began in 1999 with the establishment of his own litigation support company. Throughout his career, Scott has held pivotal roles in eDiscovery and litigation support across major firms, corporations, and within the vendor community. Notably, he proudly served in the United States Air Force’s JAG corps. Scott is also recognized as a founding board member of the Houston chapter of ACEDS (Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists), where he continues to play an active leadership role. He is a sought-after speaker, frequently sharing his expertise on eDiscovery topics at various industry events.

Hope is currently an eDiscovery Project Manager at Chevron. With over 25 years of experience in litigation support and e-discovery, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the ACEDS community. Her career has taken her to industry hubs in San Francisco, New York, and Houston, where she’s held significant roles at law firms, consulting firms, and now in-house, which have all shaped her professional journey. Beyond her profession, Hope is passionate about servant leadership within her community, travel, Toastmasters, reading, and educating the public about the importance of animal welfare. Hope’s goals as a member of the board are in alignment with the Chapter’s mission to educate, network, and guide individuals towards advancement in their eDiscovery careers.

Bree Murphy

Director of Membership
Bree Murphy is a Senior Solutions Consultant at Exterro. Prior to joining Exterro, Bree worked as a project manager for a Service Provider and was the eDiscovery Manager for the Corporate Legal Department at a global insurance company. Bree also has 15 years of experience as a complex commercial litigation paralegal specializing in litigation support/ eDiscovery at several prestigious law firms in Houston, TX. She also worked with one of the nation’s largest international financial institutions performing Anti Money Laundering investigations. Bree obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Texas A&M University in College Station, TX and received Paralegal Certification from the Center of Advanced Legal Studies in Houston, TX. She has served on the AccessData Customer Advisory Board, is a Certified eDiscovery Specialist (ACEDS), served for over four years as the Membership Director for the Houston Chapter of Women in eDiscovery (and several conference planning committees), and is currently serving as the Membership Director for the Houston Chapter of ACEDS. Bree is also the co-host of the eDiscovery Chicks Podcast.

With over 20 years of senior client service leadership experience within the legal technology community, Ariyah Mandel supports Gulfstream Legal clients with the successful application of the eDiscovery framework, ensuring effective design, implementation, and execution of eDiscovery services and technology. Ari works closely with Gulfstream clients and Gulfstream team members to ensure the effective delivery of services to agreed business outcomes, expectations and service levels. With a Masters of Science in Information Technology Management, Ari brings a variety of experience from roles in operations, development, technology, and management during his time at corporations, law firms, and alternative legal service providers.

Brian Kreitz

Bryan Kreitz began his career in the litigation support industry in 2004 as a Customer Service Representative with The MedLeh Group. His dedication and expertise quickly propelled him through the ranks, leading to his role as Director of Electronic Services at Equivalent Data (formerly The MedLeh Group) in 2010. During his tenure from 2010 to 2015, Bryan managed comprehensive case management processes, including collections and trial exhibit preparation. In August 2015, Bryan, along with his wife, Rachel Kreitz, founded Trinity Legal Discovery (TLD, or Trinity) to address the declining standards of customer service in the industry and to offer clients the exceptional level of support he is known for. Since its inception, Trinity has grown from a team of 8 employees to 14 as of July 2024, continuing to provide expert handling of cases across the EDRM spectrum. Trinity is proudly certified by the WBENC as a woman owned business.

Doug is an established eDiscovery thought leader with over 30 years of experience providing eDiscovery best practices, legal technology consulting and technical project management services to numerous commercial and government clients. Doug has published a daily blog since 2010 and has written numerous articles and white papers, receiving the JD Supra Readers Choice Award as a Top eDiscovery Author and Top Cybersecurity Author. Doug has presented at numerous webcasts, events and conferences, including Legaltech New York, ILTACON, Relativity Fest, University of Florida E-Discovery Conference, Masters Conference and many local and regional conferences.

Steven Page

Steven Page is currently a litigation paralegal at Michelman & Robinson, ,LLP., one of the nation’s premier boutique litigation firms. Prior to joining his clients at Michelman & Robinson, ,LLP., Steve spent almost twenty years in various roles on the vendor side of the litigation support business. During his time as a vendor, Steve served about a decade managing operations and software development teams, and another decade as a front-line consultant advising legal teams and managing their cases. From 2003 to 2007, Steve managed the defendants’ side of the Enron litigation and criminal cases, including the 6-month trial of Jeffrey Skilling & Kenneth Lay. Steve has a BBA in Business Administration, an AAS in Paralegal Studies, and he holds a CEDS certification as well as numerous software-specific certifications.
